We’re a small local company in El Poblado, Medellín — managing luxury short-term rentals and helping guests from around the world experience the city the way we know it.
Our Story
We started Medellín Lodging in 2021 because we fell in love with this city — and wanted to share it the right way. Not through an anonymous Airbnb listing, but through a real, personal experience where someone who lives and breathes Medellín is looking after you from the moment you arrive.
Today we manage luxury apartments and penthouses across El Poblado — in Provenza, Astorga, and Belmonte — plus carefully chosen properties in Sabaneta and Comuna 12. We’ve helped hundreds of guests, expats, digital nomads, and families experience Medellín at its best.
What started as one apartment is now a small, tight team of locals taking care of every detail — operations, guest experience, concierge, and the behind-the-scenes admin that makes it all run smoothly.
