Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on the apartment’s schedule that day (if there’s no incoming or outgoing guest). Just message us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Anywhere from same-day bookings up to a year in advance, subject to availability. High season in Medellín (Dec–Jan, Easter, Flower Festival in August) tends to fill up early — we recommend booking 2–3 months ahead for those dates.
We accept credit and debit cards as well as bank transfers (international and local). When you book direct through reservas.medellinlodging.com, payment is secure and processed instantly.
Yes — all our apartments come with fiber-optic internet at speeds optimized for remote work, video calls, and streaming. Most units also have a dedicated workspace, making them a solid base for digital nomads spending weeks or months in Medellín.
Most of our apartments have air conditioning. Medellín’s “eternal spring” climate (avg. 22°C / 72°F) usually means AC isn’t strictly necessary, but it’s a nice comfort. Check the individual property listing for the exact amenities, or ask us before booking.
Yes — every property is equipped with an in-unit safe for your passport, cash, electronics, and valuables.
Pets are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please ask us before booking — we’ll let you know if your pet can be accommodated at the property you’re interested in. Bringing a pet without prior authorization will result in a financial penalty, so always check in with us first.
