Will the noise from Lleras bother me?
The penthouse is on a top floor with double-glazed windows. It’s noticeably quieter than street level — you’ll hear background buzz when you’re on the terrace, but bedrooms are well-insulated. For light sleepers, we recommend Provenza or Astorga instead.
Is it safe to walk around Lleras at night?
Yes, with normal precautions. Lleras Park is one of the most-policed nightlife zones in the city, and our building has 24/7 doorman security. Use Uber after 2 AM as you would in any major city.
Can we host a private party in the penthouse?
Small gatherings are fine — we can arrange private chef, bartender, and decor services through our concierge. Loud late-night parties are not permitted due to building rules.
How many people can sleep there?
8 guests across 3 bedrooms. We can arrange extra services like additional housekeeping, in-villa breakfast for groups, and group transport (party bus / chiva rumbera).
